The Yamaha MT-07 and its US counterpart the FZ-07 launched in 2014 with a round halogen headlight that became one of the most recognisable features of the bike. For its time it was acceptable. A decade later, that same headlight looks dim, yellow and old against the LED and laser units on modern machines. The LED headlight unit is a complete assembly that replaces the entire original headlight housing. It is not a bulb swap inside the existing housing. The replacement unit brings:

- Remove the two bolts securing the original headlight housing to the bracket.
- Disconnect the original three-pin wiring connector.

- Mount the LED housing using the original bolts.
- Adjust beam height using the adjuster screw on the back of the unit.
