Personal Data Deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold, at any time.

1. Your Right to Erasure

Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") of your personal data in the following cases:

  • The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • You withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis.
  • You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds.
  • The data has been unlawfully processed.
  • The data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.

2. Data Concerned

Upon a deletion request, we erase the following personal data:

  • Account information (name, email address, password)
  • Delivery and billing addresses
  • Order and purchase history
  • Preferences and wishlists
  • Browsing data and cookies linked to your account
  • Previous communications with our customer service

3. Exceptions

Some data may be retained even after your deletion request, where retention is required by law or legitimate:

  • Accounting and tax obligations: transaction data is retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • Ongoing disputes: data necessary for resolving a dispute or for legal defence purposes.
  • Fraud prevention: minimal data may be retained to prevent abuse.

In these cases, we will inform you of the data we cannot delete and the reasons for its retention.

4. How to Submit a Request

5. Processing Times

We are committed to processing your request within the following timeframes:

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 working hours.
  • Full processing: within a maximum of one month from receipt of your request (this period may be extended by two additional months for complex or numerous requests, with prior notice).

Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation by email.
