Shipping Information
We deliver across Europe with reliable carriers. Standard shipping is free on all orders over €75.
1. Delivery Times
Delivery times are counted from the date your order is dispatched (excluding weekends and public holidays):
- Europe: 7 to 15 working days
These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, busy periods (holidays, sales) or unforeseen events (strikes, weather conditions).
2. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders from €75.
- Standard shipping: €4.99 for orders under €75.
Shipping costs are displayed and confirmed at checkout before any payment is made.
3. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to the following countries:
- France (mainland)
- Spain
- Italy
- Germany
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- Portugal, Austria, Switzerland

4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, including your tracking number.
Multiple orders
If you place multiple orders on the same day, we will do our best to combine them into a single parcel to reduce shipping costs. This is not guaranteed and depends on the processing status of each order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- The carrier tracking link
- The estimated delivery date
You can also track your order directly from our tracking page.
6. International Shipping
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order price.
Twins Moto is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order.
7. Delivery Issues
Parcel not received
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please:
- Check the tracking status via the link received by email.
- Check with your neighbours or your local post office.
- Contact us if the status shows "delivered" but you have not received anything.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us within 48 hours, attaching photos of the parcel and the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Incorrect address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address when ordering. If the address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.
